Executive Staff Changes at the Schering Stiftung

On June 30, 2025, Dr. Katja Naie, Managing Director at the Schering Stiftung, will leave the foundation after ten years. Dr. Naie initially joined the foundation as Program Director Science and, from 2019, took on the position of Managing Director. During her term in office, she made outstanding contributions to the advancement of the foundation, had a significant impact on its quality and strategic orientation, and lastingly increased the foundation’s visibility.

The decision for Dr. Naie’s departure came after a difference of opinion over the future strategic orientation of the Schering Stiftung.

The Foundation Council thanks Dr. Naie for her commitment, collegiality and excellent work, and wishes her all the best and lots of success for her professional and personal future. Dr. Naie will remain fully active and committed to her responsibilities until her last day of work.
