Platform for the interdisciplinary dialogue between art, science, and society

Since 2009, the Schering Stiftung has presented exhibitions by international contemporary artists at its Project Space in the heart of Berlin, offering a public platform for the interdisciplinary dialogue between art, science, and society.

The 80-square-meter Project Space presents artworks specifically designed for the location, which are created in close collaboration or in dialogue with life scientists. In conjunction with the exhibitions, the Schering Stiftung organizes a program of related events consisting of scholarly lectures, symposiums or workshops. Artists previously exhibited at the Project Space include Leni Hoffmann, Carsten Nicolai, Susanne Kriemann, Haroon Mirza, Carsten Höller, Christoph Keller, Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle, Revital Cohen & Tuur Van Balen, and Yvonne Roeb.
