Organisation of the Foundation

The governing bodies of the Schering Stiftung are the Foundation Council and the Managing Director. The Foundation Council consists of high-level personalities from the fields of culture, science, and business. It has policy-making powers and decides on the allocation of the Foundation’s funds. The Managing Director manages the foundation and conducts its operations. The foundation has currently three permanent employees running the day-to-day activities in art, science and education.
